Common questions

Does the app change my products or prices?

No. It never writes a product, a variant, a price, a compare-at price, a theme file or a discount. It only renders what your existing discounts already do at checkout.

What happens when I uninstall?

Shopify removes the app embed and app-owned metafields. WasNow also queues deletion of its operational shop record and database caches; sampled storefront counters expire after 8 days. A minimal webhook receipt log is retained as described in the privacy policy.

Why is my discount shown as a badge instead of a price?

Because the app can advertise the offer but cannot safely calculate an exact item price before checkout. Customer- or segment-only discounts are hidden instead. The Discounts page names the reason and the one thing to change.
